Accessibility Statement

Introduction

Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Guidelines on service accessibility, implementing Art. 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into force on 16 July 2022, but its provisions will be effective from 28 June 2025.

Abraham Industries is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://abrahamindustries.it/.

Status of compliance with requirements

The website https://abrahamindustries.it is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the non-compliance cases and/or exceptions listed below. Abraham Industries is conducting an analysis, together with its suppliers, aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.

Inaccessible content

The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:

  • On one page, there is a link without link text. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • On individual pages, the contrast between text and background is too low. | WCAG: 1.4.3
  • On one page, there is an 'iframe' element without a caption. Navigation with screen readers to the iframe is difficult. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • On one page, the language stored in the HTML does not match the page language. | WCAG: 3.1.1
  • On individual pages, the values of the 'autocomplete' attributes are incorrect. Consequently, they may not be recognized by the browser. | WCAG: 1.3.5
  • On individual pages, a parent element is missing corresponding child elements. This can confuse screen reader users, as content is expected that is not there. | WCAG: 1.3.1
  • On all pages, there are particularly important areas that are marked with the 'region' role but have no labeling. This means that screen reader users cannot recognize the purpose and content of the area. | WCAG: 1.3.1
  • On one page there are lists that contain items that do not belong to the lists. Consequently, the lists may not be displayed correctly by assistive technologies. | WCAG: 1.3.1

The evolutions made to the code and future ones have been and will be developed in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was drafted on 17.07.2026. It was made using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment carried out directly by the supplier. The statement was created with the help of Eye-Able® technology by Web Inclusion GmbH. Further information on Web Inclusion GmbH is available at https://eye-able.com/it.

Abraham Industries is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with regulations. Abraham Industries, with the aim of progressively improving its web customer experience, has also proactively implemented the Eye-Able® SaaS software by Web Inclusion GmbH.
The functionality in question allows Audits to scan individual pages of the site to identify digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and proposes alternative code to correct it, and other tools that allow website users to use important functions that can improve their navigation. The company is committed to developing past and future code evolutions in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
